Artisan, local and eco-friendly nougaterie, awarded in 2023

As beekeeper-nougat makers, we produce and offer our artisanal nougat and confectionery in our workshop-store in Vallon Pont d'Arc, with the utmost care and craftsmanship. We are committed to a local and eco-friendly approach to offer you premium nougat.

We advocate traditional production with local products: Ardèche honey produced on our hives and French almonds from Provence.

Our nougats are labeled «Goûtez l’Ardèche», a quality initiative in Ardèche, and the garrigue honey nougat was awarded a medal at the French Honey Contest 2023.

Nougat production discovery and Tasting

At any time, you can view the production workshop through a large bay window, watch a 5-minute film presenting the nougat production, and interact with your nougat makers.
